ArcStar Engaged to Provide Market Penetration Support Services in NY Utility REV Procurements
Under separate agreements, ArcStar will acquire high-value solar, fuel cell and energy storage sites and provide development and utility bid submission support services to a multinational utility renewable energy developer and a New York microgrid developer. The engagements entail 100MW of utility scale solar projects and 5MW of utility fuel cell and energy storage projects in active New York utility energy procurements.
