San Jose, Costa Rica, May 2013 - ArcStar Energy announced today that it has established operations in San Jose, Costa Rica as a center for their Mexico and Central American operations. From Miami and this new base in Costa Rica, ArcStar works with a network of in-country partners and developers who originate projects that meet the stringent requirements of ArcStar's established investors. This network extends into the markets of Mexico, the Caribbean, Panama, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Chile.
