Albert Pope, Principal, capital markets and finance
Albert is a veteran executive with over forty years of experience in international corporate finance and business management. He is a principal of XTn Group, LLC, a company with investments in and management of renewable and distributed energy systems. He is also a principal of EnTX LLC, a company with investments in the upstream oil & gas business. His extensive Wall St. career includes senior positions at J.P. Morgan and as President of Montenay Energy, the U.S. subsidiary of Montenay, S.A., a leading French company in energy and waste management. Albert is a graduate of Harvard University.

Charles Wassell, Principal, capital markets and legal
Charles is a former Senior Partner of several major international law firms with experience in arranging sophisticated trans-national financing structures for companies involved in leasing, transportation, communications, power and energy. He was a senior partner at Greenberg Traurig, where he headed the international finance practice. Mr. Wassell has also served as the General Counsel and head of the Risk Management Department of PLM International, one of the largest U.S. leasing companies with global operations. He is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Stanford University Graduate School of Engineering and Georgetown University School of Law.

Bob Willes, Principal, business development, government and environmental markets
Dr. Bob Willes has over 30 years experience in environmental risk management and redevelopment. Over the last 10 years, his internationally recognized environmental expertise has been integrated with real estate development, in particular the redevelopment of unused industrial sites into productive properties. Bob has extensive relationships with municipalities and Provincial and Federal government.

Paul Fitzgerald, Principal, business development and risk management
Paul Fitzgerald specializes in developing unique and flexible programs to finance risk using the traditional insurance and reinsurance markets as well as alternative risk transfer (ART) markets and offshore captive insurance facilities.

Paul Wilson, Principal, engineering, technology and construction
has worked as a professional engineer in the areas of environmental engineering and building science with Ontario based consulting firms and US multi-nationals Fluor Daniel/GTI and CH2M Hill. He is also currently the president of the environmental consulting firm AEON Egmond Ltd and AELSolar, the technology, engineering and construction affiliate of ArcStar Energy. Mr. Wilson has managed a wide variety of projects including roof and building conditions studies, environmental restoration and water resources. Paul received his degree in applied science and engineering from the University of Toronto in geotechnical engineering.
